Hi there – so good to hear from you. I’m doing so much better now than I was before.. the meds help so much, but yeah there’s some extra crap that’s always around, and I just always wonder if the surge in this type of problem comes from the way we’re living.

Hypnotherapy is something that fascinates me, and if I knew how to/was any good at doing interviews, I’d do it in a heartbeat. But I’m more of a thinker, writer, and it’s actually my main goal to get my family out of the US of A!

Now that’s something I should write about, as it’s happening. As kind of a guide to others.

Oh, and drv delivery – hah! A lot of the other posts are… squishier.

We just met today on Twitter, and I followed your link to this post. I am an alternative therapist, working with Hypnosis, NLP, EFT, Energy Healing, and more. I wonder if this is why you followed me?

I help people with depression and anxiety all the time. I believe in using alternative methods along with working with your medical doctor on medications, etc. I tell clients to let their doctor know if they are feeling better that so that they can change or stop medications only with their doctor’s supervision.
